In 2025 we will be fielding teams ranging from 9U-18U. Each age group will have four (4) different tryout dates that players will be able to attend to showcase their skills in front of the Minutemen coaching staff. Each player is required to attend at least two (2) of these tryout sessions unless outside circumstances exist (vacation, injury, etc). The first two tryout dates will be strictly evalutative in nature. For the younger group (9U-12U) we will run various drills & evaluations to test athletic ability, baseball IQ & coachability. For the older group (13U-18U) we will run a pro-style workout that mirrors many college showcases & pro tryouts. This allows the boys to showcase their baseball abilties at multiple positions & is a great test of talent. The second two tryout dates will consist of real in-game situations where the coaching staff can evaluate how each individual player is during games.
